  There are not enough staff on for a Saturday night for the demand. The wait was 30 mins when told 10-15 mins. The staff member has to do many jobs and did not wear gloves when preparing pizza, using the tills and did not wash his hands after touching raw/ frozen chicken. I will not be returning.

  Been using penn road for years, never had a bad pizza, till today. BBQ CHICKEN, barely any chicken on it at all. Mostly onion and bacon bits. Very disappointed

  Absolutely I had an amazing experience at Papa johns pizza i recently visited there i loved their vegetarian pizza it was incredibly fresh .. topping was perfect and also staff were very friendly especially i would love to mention the name of lovepreet he made a pizza which i ordered there and it was so delicious i would love to recommend this pizza shop to anyone

  I waited over 1 hour for this delivery only to be called by the driver saying if I don't come out to the car park he will take it back. I rang the branch where the manager said it would take 10 days for a refund. I chose to go and collect a freshly made pizza but it was so cold i realised i was scammed! Avoid!

  chicken was undercooked, pizza had zero flavour only ate the pineapple off it and it came in under 15 minutes meaning surely it hadn’t been cooked properly? unfortunately wont be returning.
